XmlExtractor is made by RFP IT Solutions Ltd. For help with a configuration or to report a problem, email renzo@rfpitsolutions.co.uk or visit rfpitsolutions.co.uk.
When you report a problem, include the configuration's NodesToBeExtracted
and Target, the channel the order came from, and one affected order's
number. If we need the order's XML, we'll ask you to set Troubleshoot to
true on the configuration for that order; the result goes to a log we read
on our side. Troubleshooting has the details.
